For a minute I thought the error is related to network as it refers 'RequireKerberos' and 'SQL Network name', on top of that this is a SQL Server 2008 Failover clustering environment. Both of these terms are registry based values that are used for kerberos authentication (if not available) then a network name resource is identified for connection.
