For a minute I thought the error is related to network as it refers 'RequireKerberos' and 'SQL Network name', on top of that this is a SQL Server 2008 Failover clustering environment. Both of these terms are registry based values that are used for kerberos authentication (if not available) then a network name resource is identified for connection. By default the value will be 0 which means enabled and can be found under HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.x\Cluster() section. For more...(read more)
